Eneljay Nursing Staffing Pty Ltd (ABN 45 703 011 474) provides temporary and roster nursing and care staffing to residential aged care facilities in Sydney and the Illawarra. • For job applicants and workers — qualifications, AHPRA registration (where relevant), work history, availability, and information needed for placement screening
• For facility contacts — role, facility name, and staffing requirements
• Communications you send us by phone, email, or our website enquiry form

We generally collect information directly from you. In some cases we may receive details from a facility, referee, or professional register where that is reasonably necessary for staffing.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to:

• Respond to staffing enquiries and manage placements
• Assess suitability for aged care nursing and care roles
• Communicate with facilities, workers, and applicants
• Meet legal, professional, and insurance obligations
• Improve our services and keep accurate business records

We do not sell personal information. We only use or disclose it for the purposes above, related secondary purposes you would reasonably expect, or as required or authorised by law.

Sharing and storage

We may share relevant details with aged care facilities arranging a placement, with service providers who support our operations (for example email or IT hosts), and with regulators or insurers when required. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and to limit access to people who need it for their role.

If we store or process information using cloud services, those providers may hold data in Australia or overseas. Where overseas disclosure is involved, we take reasonable steps consistent with the APPs.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Website

Our website is informational. The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application; form fields are not stored on our web server. Like most sites, hosting and network logs may record technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
